You must be at least 18 years old to register at melbetapk. If a minor registers or provides a false date of birth, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. melbetapk may request a national ID card or passport to verify your age.
Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.
All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, email, and phone number — must be accurate. melbetapk reserves the right to close any account where false information is found. If you need to update your details, please contact support.
Melbetapk may request identity verification documents before your first major withdrawal or at any time. Typically, a national ID or passport and proof of current address are required. Users who complete KYC verification receive faster payouts.
Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
All bets on melbetapk must be placed within your available balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If a bet is accidentally confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, melbetapk reserves the right to void that bet.
Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds you placed your bet at may shift before they are confirmed. In such cases, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel your bet.
If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on that match will be voided and the full stake returned to your balance. If a match is suspended after it begins but before at least 50% of play is completed, bets will likewise be voided and refunded. However, if the match is suspended after 50% or more of the scheduled event has been completed, different rules apply depending on the market — full details are available in the FAQ section.
The maximum payout from a single bet varies by market and event. For standard betting markets on melbetapk, the single-bet payout limit is up to ৳50 lakh. Different limits may apply to jackpots and special promotional markets.

The minimum deposit at melbetapk is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. There are no additional charges on deposits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — this is a measure to prevent money laundering. For verified KYC accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus. Full details are provided in the Bonus section (Section 5). You can withdraw your own balance at any time — only the bonus portion remains locked until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
Depositing under someone else's name or from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be suspended pending investigation and the associated funds will be returned.
New members on melbetapk receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus can only be claimed once and must be activated within 30 days of registration. Once the bonus is active, the initial deposit cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
To withdraw your welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 15x the total amount (deposit + bonus). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus — giving you ৳3,000 in total, which means you need to wager ৳45,000 before withdrawing. Once wagering is complete, you can withdraw your full balance.
Once a bonus is activated, wagering must generally be completed within 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled at the end of this period. Your deposited funds will not be affected.
Separate terms apply to reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. The specific conditions for each bonus offer are clearly stated alongside the offer. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
Bonuses are always optional. You can deposit without claiming a bonus and withdraw at any time with no wagering requirements. To decline a bonus, contact support.
Melbetapk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
If an account is suspended, the user will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal. Your balance remains safe during the investigation, and all restrictions will be lifted if the account is cleared.
If you wish to close your account, email our support team and action will be taken within 24 hours. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes are made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure — your available balance will be returned to you.
